It started during Project 25, my goal to run 25 marathons in 2024.

After marathon #10, someone handed me a bag of pretzels.
Corn syrup? Why would that be the first thing I put in my body?

I was already in the habit of checking labels…
But that was the moment I started questioning everything.
Even the snacks we thought were “clean.”

I couldn’t find anything real.
So I made it.
